The site adjoins the Allen Premium Outlets – a 500,000 square foot center with tenants such as Neiman Marcus Last Call, Nike Factory Store, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store and Ann Taylor Factory Store.

The MG Herring Group is developing the Village at Fairview – a 1M SF life-style center at the northeast corner of U.S. 75 and Stacy Road.  Village at Fairview is anchored by Dillard’s, Macy’s and J.C. Penny along with a 280-room Embassy Suites hotel and conference center. The Village at Allen is a 1M SF power center being developed by the MG Herring Group at the southeast corner of U.S. 75 and Stacy Road.
